沈阳市老年人心理弹性水平现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解沈阳市老年人心理弹性水平现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法,应用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)中文版对沈阳市城乡532例老年人进行调查,将单因素分析差异有统计学意义的变量进行多元逐步回归分析,探讨影响沈阳市老年人心理弹性水平的独立影响因素。结果沈阳市老年人心理弹性水平总分为73.48±6.86分,其中坚韧性维度得分为37.56±3.11分,力量性维度得分为24.06±2.07分,乐观性维度得分为11.86±1.89分。独立样本t检验、单因素分析结果显示,年龄、城乡、教育程度、职业、家庭人均月收入、身体状况、医疗费用支付方式弹性水平得分比较,差异具有统计学意义。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,教育程度、身体状况、家庭人均月收入是沈阳市老年人心理弹性水平的独立影响因素。结论沈阳市老年人心理弹性水平良好。老年人的心理弹性水平受身体、家庭、社会多因素的综合影响,医护人员应重视对老年人心理状况的评估,结合影响心理弹性水平的综合因素,提高老年人心理弹性水平,以促进身心健康。Objective To investigate the resilience level status and its influencing factors in the elderly in Shenyang.Methods Totally 532 elderly people were investigated by self-designed general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the resilience scale(CD-RISC).Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to analyze the independent influencing factors of resilience level in the elderly.Results The mean score of total resilience level was(73.48±6.86),and thescores for each dimension were as follows:tenacity(37.56±3.11),strength(24.06±2.07),optimism(11.86±1.89).Age,place of residence,educational level,occupation,monthly income,physical condition,medical insurance,payment methods,were related to resilience level(P<0.05);Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that educational level,personal monthly income and physical condition were independent influencing factors of resilience level.Conclusion The resilience level of the elderly is above medium level.The resilience level is influenced by health,family and society,Medical staff should attach great importance to the assessment of the psychological status to promote the physical and mental health of the elderly.
