摘 要:试验研究了不同肥料组合对紫叶锦带叶片内色素含量和SOD、POD活性变化的影响,以期为其育苗中科学选用肥料种类进行根外追肥提供理论依据。试验在田间条件下,以4年生苗木为试材,设置尿素(T 1、CK)、尿素+过磷酸钙(T 2)、尿素+硫酸钾(T 3)、尿素+磷酸二氢钾(T 4)4个处理,3次重复。结果表明:5、7月,T 4叶绿素分别比T 1提高了21.03%、14.63%,差异显著;7-9月,花色素苷含量T 4分别比T 1提高了78.11%、204.72%、83.29%,差异显著,5-6月T3分别高于T 4处理6.87%、8.08%,无显著差异;7-9月,T 4 SOD活性分别比对照提高了65.20%、74.12%、52.26%,T 2、T 3均显著高于对照;5-9月,T 4 POD活性分别比对照提高了39.14%、17.12%、27.62%、31.04%、26.38%,差异显著。综合分析认为,尿素+磷酸二氢钾为比较适宜的紫叶锦带根外追肥组合。The effects of different fertilizer combinations on the content of pigments and SOD and POD activities in leaves of Florida‘Foliia purpureis’were studied in order to provide theoretical basis for scientific selection of fertilizer types for top dressing.The experiment was conducted under field conditions,4a seedlings were used as test materials,and 4 treatments,that is,Urea(T 1,CK),urea+superphosphate(T 2),urea+potassium sulfate(T 3),urea+potassium dihydrogen phosphate(T 4),with 3 repetitions were applied.The results showed that when in May and July,chlorophyll of T 4 in compared with T 1increased by 21.03%and 14.63%having significant differences;from July to September,the content of anthocyanin of T 4 compared with T 1 was increased by 78.11%,204.72%and 83.29%,respectively,significant differences among them.In May and June,it had no significant difference between T 3 and T 4,only 6.87%and 8.08%higher than T 1.From July to September,the SOD activity of T 4 compared with the control was increased by 65.20%,74.12%and 52.26%,respectively,indicating significant difference among them.From May to September,the SOD activity of T 4 compared with the control was increased by 39.14%,17.12%,27.62%,31.04%,and 26.38%,respectively,showing also significant difference.Comprehensive analysis shows that urea+potassium dihydrogen phosphate is the suitable combination of top dressing for Florida‘Foliia purpureis’.
