小青龙汤在肺部感染治疗中的应用及症状改善情况探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨小青龙汤在肺部感染治疗中的应用及症状改善情况。方法该院40例2018年1月-2019年1月肺部感染患者。随机分组,西医治疗组采取西药阿莫西林克拉维酸钾等药物治疗,小青龙汤联合西医治疗组则采取西药阿莫西林克拉维酸钾等药物+小青龙汤治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;咳嗽、咯痰和发热好转时间;治疗前后患者WBC计数水平、症状积分、CRP监测水平、肺功能的监测指标;不良反应率。结果小青龙汤联合西医治疗组疗效100.00%高于西医治疗组80.00%(χ^2=8.213,P<0.05)。治疗后小青龙汤联合西医治疗组WBC计数水平、CRP监测水平、用力肺活量、第一秒用力呼气容积、症状积分分别是(4.21±0.11)×10^9/L、(9.21±2.11) mg/L、(3.71±1.45) L、(3.24±0.26) L、(1.21±0.11)分,优于西医治疗组(t=6.824、8.034、7.844、7.044、8.355,P<0.05)。小青龙汤联合西医治疗组咳痰、发热、咳嗽好转时间(6.13±1.25)、(2.45±0.21)、(5.28±0.27)d和西医治疗组(8.46±2.21)、(3.25±1.21)、(7.92±1.21)d比较有优势(t=5.221、5.256、5.125,P<0.05)。小青龙汤联合西医治疗组不良反应率1例(5.00%)低于西医治疗组5例(25.00%)(χ^2=6.023,P<0.05)。结论西药阿莫西林克拉维酸钾等药物+小青龙汤治疗肺部感染效果确切,可改善肺功能,有效控制机体炎症,并改善临床症状,缩短疗程,药物的安全性高。Objective To investigate the application and symptom improvement of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the treatment of pulmonary infection. Methods 40 patients with pulmonary infection from January 2018 to January 2019 in the hospital. Randomly grouped,Western medicine treatment group was treated with western medicine amoxicillin and clavulanic acid potassium. Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with western medicine treatment group was treated with western medicine amoxicillin clavulanate potassium and other drugs + Xiaoqinglong Decoction. The curative effects of cough, expectoration and fever were compared between the two groups;WBC count level, symptom score, CRP monitoring level, lung function monitoring index before and after treatment;adverse reaction rate.Results The efficacy of Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment group was 100.00% higher than that of Western medicine treatment group 80.00%(χ^2=8.213, P <0.05). After treatment, Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment group WBC count level, CRP monitoring level, forced vital capacity, first second forced expiratory volume, symptom score were(4.21±0.11) ×10^9/L、(9.21±2.11) mg/L、(3.71±1.45) L、(3.24±0.26) L、(1.21±0.11)points, superior to Western medicine treatment group(t=6.824,8.034,7.844,7.044,8.355,P<0.05). Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment group had an advantage of cough, fever and cough improvement time of(6.13±1.25),(2.45±0.21),(5.28±0.27)d and Western medicine treatment group(8.46±2.21),(3.25±1.21),(7.92±1.21)d, respectively(t=5.221,5.256,5.125,P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment group 1 case(5.00%) was lower than that of Western medicine treatment group 5 cases(25.00%)(χ^2=6.023, P<0.05).
