摘　　要：目的调查直肠癌放疗患者的生活质量现状,并分析影响其生活质量的相关因素。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年7月直肠癌术后放疗的80例患者作为调查对象,采用生活质量量表评估其生活质量状况,采用多元线性回归分析影响直肠癌放疗患者生活质量的因素。结果80例直肠癌放疗患者的平均生活质量得分(48.25±10.63)分,处于较低水平。多元线性回归分析显示,不同家庭人均月收入、放疗技术、放疗时长、心理状况及造口并发症是影响直肠癌放疗患者生活质量的主要因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌放疗患者生活质量水平偏低,国家应进一步规范医保制度减轻患者经济负担,同时医护人员需依据不同患者选择合适的放疗技术和时长,积极鼓励其以乐观心态应对疾病,从而提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the current status of quality of life of patients with rectal cancer radiotherapy,and to analyze the related factors affecting their quality of life.Methods We selected 80 patients with rectal cancer postoperative radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2019 as the survey objects,and their current status of quality of life was assessed by the quality of life scale.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factor affecting the quality of life of patients with rectal cancer radiotherapy.Results The average quality of life score of 80 cases of patients with rectal cancer radiotherapy was(48.25±10.63)points,which was at a low level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the monthly income of per capita in different families,radiotherapy technology,duration of radiotherapy,psychological status and complications due to stoma were the main factors affecting the quality of life of patients with rectal cancer radiotherapy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of patients with rectal cancer radiotherapy was low.The current status should further standardize the medical insurance system to reduce the financial burden of patients.At the same time,medical staff should need to choose the appropriate radiotherapy technology and duration according to different patients,and actively encourage them to respond to the disease with optimism and improve their quality of life.
