中医定向透药联合功能锻炼对跟腱断裂术后患者疗效与功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医定向透药联合功能锻炼对跟腱断裂术后患者疗效与功能恢复的影响。方法选取2016年12月至2018年12月在本院行跟腱缝合微创修补手术的新鲜闭合性跟腱断裂患者82例,将其随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组术后行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行中医定向透药联合功能锻炼。比较两组患者临床疗效、足踝关节功能评分、生活质量并发症及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组AOFAS,ALS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论跟腱断裂术后行中医定向透药联合功能锻炼可促进踝关节功能恢复,提高临床疗效,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)directional medicine combined with functional exercise for the efficacy and functional recovery of patients with Achilles tendon rupture surgery.Methods To select 82 cases of patients with fresh closed Achilles tendon rupture who underwent minimally invasive repair surgery for Achilles tendon in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine nursing after operation,and the observation group underwent TCM directional medicine combined with functional exercises on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,function scores of foot and ankle,quality of life complications,and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The efficacy of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of AOFAS and ALS in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM directional medicine combined with functional exercise after Achilles tendon rupture surgery could promote ankle joint function recovery,improve clinical efficacy,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
