基于微信平台术前访视在不孕症宫腹腔镜手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信平台术前访视的效果在不孕症宫腹腔镜手术患者中的应用。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月本院收治的不孕症宫腹腔镜手术患者60例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规术前访视,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于微信平台术前访视,比较两组术后肛门排气时间、住院时间、术后24 h疼痛评分(VAS)及患者术前1 d、术后3 d手术相关知识的掌握情况。结果观察组肛门排气时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后24 h VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);术前1 d两组患者对手术知识掌握情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3 d观察组对手术知识掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对不孕症宫腹腔镜手术患者应用基于微信平台术前访视,可提高患者术后对手术相关知识的了解和重视,缩短肛门排气时间,减轻患者疼痛,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application of preoperative visit based on WeChat platform in patients with infertility undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with infertility undergoing laparoscopic surgery treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given a routine preoperative visit,and the observation group was given a preoperative visit based on the WeChat platform on the basis of the control group.The time of postoperative anal exhaust,hospital stay,24 hours postoperative pain score(VAS),and the mastery of knowledge about surgery of the patient's 1 day before surgery and 3 days after surgery.Results The time of anal exhaust and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 24 hours postoperative VAS score in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between patients of the two groups in the the mastery of knowledge about surgery of the patient's 1 day before surgery(P>0.05).The observation group had better mastery of knowledge about surgery on the 3rd day after surgery than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preoperative visits based on WeChat platform for patients with infertility undergoing laparoscopic surgery could improve the patient's understanding and value of surgery-related knowledge after surgery,shorten the time of anal exhaust,and reduce pain,which was worth popularizing and applying.
