小儿结直肠息肉镜检准确率影响因素的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿结直肠息肉镜检准确率的影响因素,并提出护理对策。方法回顾性分析2015年5月至2018年5月于我院进行肠镜检查的50例结直肠息肉患儿一般资料,将第二次检查新发现的息肉作为未检出息肉。经2次检查息肉全部检出。采用多因素logistic回归分析影响小儿结肠息肉镜检准确率的高危因素并提出干预措施。结果50例结直肠息肉患儿44例第1次检出息肉,6例给第2次检查检出。logistic多因素分析显示,息肉大小、息肉位置、充分肠道清洁/准备、息肉形态以及息肉的数量均为影响检出率的高危因素(P<0.05)。结论在对结直肠息肉进行检查的过程中,息肉大小、息肉位置、息肉形态以及息肉的数量及充分肠道准备都会对检出率有一定的影响,鉴于以上情况需要对其给予精准护理干预。Objective To explore the influencing factors on the accuracy of colonoscopy of colorectal polyps in children patients,and to propose nursing countermeasures.Methods A retrospective analysis of the general data of 50 cases of children patients with colorectal polyps who underwent colonoscopy in our hospital was implemented from May 2015 to May 2018.The polyps newly found in the second examination were regarded as undetected polyps.All polyps were detected after 2 inspections.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the high-risk factors that affect the accuracy of colonoscopy of colorectal polyps in children patients and propose intervention measures.Results In 50 cases,44 cases of children patients with colorectal polyps were detected for the first time,and 6 cases were detected for the second time.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the size of polyp,position of polyp,adequate bowel cleansing/preparation,shape of polyp,and number of polyps were all high-risk factors that affect detection rates(P<0.05).Conclusion During the colonoscopy of colorectal polyps,the size of polyps,the position of polyps,the shape of polyps,the number of polyps,and adequate bowel preparation would all have a certain impact on the detection rate.In view of the above,a precise nursing interventions should be needed.
