摘  要:文章采用UASB厌氧+电催化氧化+碟式反渗透(DTRO)+MVR蒸发组合工艺,对高氨氮渗滤液废水进行零排放处理。首先采用UASB厌氧去除渗滤液中的易降解有机物,渗滤液COD去除率达到70%;再利用电催化氧化去除氨氮,降低废水含盐量;最后采用DTRO对渗滤液进行深度处理,膜滤清液水质满足回用标准。膜滤浓缩液采用MVR蒸发干燥技术转化为盐泥填埋。该工艺设计合理,各工艺段对特征污染物的去除率较高,具有操作简单、运行稳定、无浓缩液回灌等优点。The zero discharge treatment of high ammonia nitrogen leachate wastewater was studied by UASB anaerobic,electrocatalytic oxidation,disc tube reverse osmosis (DTRO),MVR evaporation process.Firstly,the easily degradable organic matter in leachate was removed by UASB,and the COD removal rate of leachate reached 70%,then ammonia nitrogen was removed by electrocatalytic oxidation to reduce the salt content of wastewater.DTRO was used for advanced treatment of leachate,and the quality of membrane filtrate met the reuse standard.The membrane filter concentrate was transformed into salt and mud to landfill by MVR evaporation and drying technology.The process is reasonable and the removal rate of characteristic pollutants is high in each process section.The combined process has the advantages of simple operation,stable operation and no concentrated liquid recharge.
