摘 要:华北部分油田所产原油多具有高凝固点、高黏度、高含蜡性质,存在集输能耗高、工艺复杂等问题。为了节能降耗,简化流程,对站外集输系统实施优化改造。利用现场试验和软件模拟等手段,针对不同区块开展不加热集油边界条件和环状掺水影响因素的研究,采用油井串接、井口电加热、隔热保温油管、油气混输降压等辅助技术,优化了站外油气集输工艺,降低了生产能耗,可为相似的油田地面站外集油系统提供参考。The crude oil produced in some oil fields in North China mostly has high freezing point, high viscosity, and high wax content. It consumed more energy to gather, transport, and process treat the crude oil. By means of field tests and software simulations, the boundary conditions of oil gathering at room temperature and influences of circular water mixing were studied. The auxiliary technologies such as oil well series connection, electric heating of the wellhead, thermal insulation tubing, and mixed pressure relief were applied to overall simplify and optimize surface oil gathering system, and reduced energy consumption. The research results can be used as a reference for similar oil collecting system outside of crude oil treatment station at oil fields.
