摘　　要：花式纺纱机是一种自动化的机电一体化纺织机械,主要用来生产各式纱线。为满足纺纱机工作的需要,以Ubuntu18.04操作系统为基础,搭载ARM系列FS4412处理器,设计一套花式纺纱机软件控制系统。系统分为上位机与下位机,并在设计中引入一种基于Qt的软件系统,以便实现电脑上位机与下位机之间的信号快速处理以及获得更加人性化的人机交互。该系统便于纺纱机集中管控,可实现数据存储与管理;即时更新数据库内容,具有实时查询功能,对于节省人力、及时发现设备故障、提高纺纱设备自动化与信息化具有重要意义。Fancy spinning machine is an automatic mechatronic textile machine,which is mainly used to produce all kinds of yarns.In order to meet the needs of spinning machines,a software control system for fancy spinning machines is designed based on Ubuntu18.04 operating system and ARM series FS4412 processor.The system is divided into upper computer and lower computer,and a software system based on Qt is introduced in the design,so as to realize fast signal processing between the upper computer and lower computer and obtain more humanized human-computer interaction.The system is convenient for centralized control of spinning machines and can realize data storage and management.Updating the contents of the database in real time,with real-time query function,is of great significance for saving manpower,finding equipment faults in time,and improving automation and informatization of spinning equipment.
