强化手术室护士细节管理在手术室管理中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的就强化手术室护士细节管理在手术室管理中的作用进行探讨、分析。方法该次入选对象均为该院2018年5月—2019年7月工作的120名护理人员,实施手术室护士细节管理。结果在手术室管理中强化护士细节管理后,手术室护理质量及手术效率改善明显,进一步确保了患者手术的安全性及治疗效果。结论在手术室实施护士细节管理,效果明显,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore and analyze the role of intensive nurse room detail management in operating room management.Methods The selected subjects were 120 paramedics at work in the hospital from May 2018 to July 2019,and the nurses in the operating room were managed in detail.Results After the nurses'detailed management was strengthened in the operating room management,the nursing quality and operating efficiency of the operating room were significantly im proved,which further ensured the safety and treatment effect of the patients.Conclusion The detailed management of nurses in the operating room has obvious effects and deserves further promotion.
