摘　　要：针对万家口子水电站工程建设过程中的几大主要问题:主要地质问题、施工总进度控制混凝土施工、导流洞漏水问题等,笔者介绍了施工单位在工程管理中采取的应对措施及成功经验,施工经验可供同类水电工程借鉴。In view of several major problems in the construction process of Wanjiakouzi Hydropower Station:main geological problems,general construction progress control,concrete construction,water leakage of diversion tunnel,etc.,the author introduces the countermeasures and successful experience taken by the construction unit in project management,which can be used for reference by similar hydropower projects.
