摘　　要：法国既是欧洲大国,也是全球性大国,在亚太地区具有广泛的利益诉求。埃马纽埃尔•克龙执政后,与亚太地区各国领导人频繁互访,并在亚太地区事务上多次表态,显示了积极布局亚太的外交策略。马克龙的亚太政策延续了法国一贯重视大国外交、关注亚太安全的趋势,同时也显示出经济先行、盟友多元化的新特点。法国亚太政策的调整出于振兴国内经济的需要,同时也是法国以亚太地区为助力维护全球战略利益、寻求世界大国地位的国家追求。然而,由于法国国内政治环境不稳定,以及法国与中、美及亚太域内国家之间的利益冲突,其政策也面临着诸多挑战,其"平衡手"角色的实现具有不确定性。France is both a European and a global power with a wide range of interests in the Asia-Pacific region.Macron’s frequent exchanges of visits with leaders of Asia-Pacific countries and multiple statements on Asia-Pacific affairs after taking office have all demonstrated an active diplomatic strategy of the Macron government in the Asia-Pacific region.Macron’s Asia-Pacific policy continues the tendency of France to emphasize diplomacy with major powers and the security of the Asia-Pacific region,but also demonstrates such new features as“economy first”and“diversification of allies”.Stemming from the need of boosting French domestic economy,the shift of France’s foreign policy in the Asia-Pacific region also serves its need to use the region as a support for maintaining its global strategic interest and the pursuit of world power status.Due to the instability of domestic political environment and the interest conflict between France,America and countries in the Asia-Pacific region,the French foreign policy faces a lot of challenges and there’s still uncertainty in realizing its role of a“balance of hands”.
