摘  要:棉针织物采用果胶酶和中性纤维素酶进行精练抛光一浴法处理。试验结果表明,采用果胶酶NATFOCE OL-390为0.1%(omf),纤维素酶TF-161LC为0.5%(omf),在温度60℃条件下共同作用50 min,棉针织物可以获得极佳的精练和抛光效果,相比于传统碱煮精练工艺,前者织物强力损失更小。经后续的中深色染色后织物色泽更深,耐湿摩擦色牢度更好。该工艺节水节能,降低了污水排放,减少了污水中的COD。Pectinase and neutral cellulose are used to scouring and polishing process of cotton knitted fabrics in one bath.The experimental results show that with pectinase NATFOCE OL-390 concentration of 0.1%(omf),cellulase TF-161LC concentration of 0.5%(omf),and treating at 60℃for 50 min,cotton knit⁃ted fabrics can gain excellent scouring and polishing results,and meet the requirements of less strength loss and less quality loss.Comparing with the traditional caustic soda boiling technology,the dyeings with the new pretreatment have higher color depth and color fastness to wet rubbing in medium and dark shade.This enzyme one bath technology features water and energy consumption saving,emission reduction,and less COD value in the effluent.
