摘　　要：对推进剂装药混合工艺中安全扭矩的预定值进行了研究。混合过程中扭矩主要影响因素是作用在桨叶上的摩擦动能矩。采用动能矩模型公式,建立了药浆敏感度、混合机大小、装药量、混合机扭矩与转速的因果关系,计算出某高燃速(34 mm/s)HTPB推进剂在某大型混合机混合爆炸扭矩曲线的动能矩值。模拟推进剂药浆状态,测试出药浆敏感度的最低概率爆炸动能矩,得到了模拟动能矩与混合机动能矩两者的校正倍差值4.38,经25 L、600 L混合装药的扭矩安全性验证。探索出测试推进剂药浆物态的感度,转换为混合机动能矩的方法;确定混合中药浆的安全“门槛值”、控制预(报)警值、爆炸危险点动能(或扭矩);获得预测装药混合工艺扭矩的安全值,为避免混合受力爆炸事件提出了一种理论指导依据。The predicted safety value of torque in mixing process for the propellant slurry has been studied.The friction moment of momentum acting on the blade is the main factor affecting the torque in the mixing process.The causal relationship between the sensitivity of slurry,the size of mixer,the loading quantity,the torque of mixer and the rotating speed was established by using mod el formula of the moment of momentum.The moments of momentum in the mixing explosion torque curve of large mixer were calculat ed for the HTPB propellant with high burning rate(34 mm/s).By simulating the propellant slurry state,the lowest probabilistic ex plosive moment of momentum of slurry sensitivity were measured.The correction multiple difference between the simulated momen tum of kinetic energy and that of mixer was 4.38.Torque of 25 L and 600 L mixed charge tests have been verified safely.The method of testing propellant slurry state and converting it into moments of momentum for the mixers were explored.To determine the safety threshold value,control pre warning value and moments of momentum(or torque)of explosion critical point of mixing,and to obtain the safety value of predicting the torque of loading mixing process,a theoretical guidance basis for avoiding explosion events under mixed forces has been finally proposed.
