摘 要:通过国产T1000级碳纤维表面状态、单向板、NOL环及φ185 mm壳体的实验研究,分析了两种国产T1000级碳纤维的表面物理和化学状态,复合材料的微观界面性能及力学性能。结果表明,两种国产T1000级碳纤维表面光滑,断口基本呈现为规整的圆形,国产T1000级碳纤维能获得较高的拉伸强度。两种国产T1000级碳纤维单向板0°拉伸强度均略低于进口T1000碳纤维,这是由于HF50S碳纤维单向板呈现部分纤维束型的破坏和部分断裂型的破坏;两种国产T1000级碳纤维单向板90°拉伸强度均略低于进口T1000碳纤维,这是由于国产T1000级碳纤维与树脂基体之间的机械锚钉作用较弱,界面粘接强度较低;两种国产T1000级碳纤维缠绕壳体爆破压强是进口T1000壳体爆破压强的0.93和0.88,这是由于SYT55碳纤维和HF50S碳纤维缠绕时容易起毛和界面粘接性能较差。Based on the experimental study of domestic T1000 grade carbon fiber surface state,unidirectional plate,NOL ring and φ185 mm shell,the surface physical and chemical states of the two domestic T1000 grade carbon fibers,the micro-interface properties and mechanical properties of the composites were analyzed. The results show that two kinds of domestic T1000 grade carbon fibers have a smooth surface and the cross-section is basically rounded. The domestic T1000 grade carbon fiber has higher tensile strength. The tensile strength of these two domestic T1000 grade carbon fiber unidirectional plates in 0 degree direction is slightly lower than that of the imported one. This is because the HF50S carbon fiber unidirectional plate exhibits partial fiber bundle type damage and partial fracture type damage. The tensile strength of these two domestic T1000 grade carbon fiber unidirectional plates in 90 degree direction is slightly lower than that of the imported one. This is due to weak mechanical anchor between the domestic fiber and the resin matrix,and hence the interfacial bonding strength is relatively low. The burst pressure of the two domestic T1000 grade carbon fiber shells are 0.93 and 0.88 of that of the imported T1000 shell at the burst pressure. This is because SYT55 carbon fiber and HF50S carbon fiber are easy to get fluff and have poor interfacial adhesion when it is entangled,and therefore the fiber is more brittle.
