摘  要:设计采用地面光杆+碳纤维连续柔性抽油杆+加重杆+井下泵组合,提高防磨防脱效果,为抽油机井杆管偏磨、断脱问题的治理提供了新思路和新方法。为了提高碳纤维杆的耐磨性能,杆体设计由杆芯和包覆杆芯的保护层组成,经挤压、固化工艺成型,其兼有钢制杆和以钢丝绳外包裹橡胶为主体材料的连续杆的技术优势。同时,设计了专用安全金属接头和专用作业车,并优化研究出五种常用抽油泵与碳纤维杆、加重杆的组合匹配方案,以确保光杆、加重杆与碳纤维杆的顺利连接,并在井下使用。现场试验研究表明,碳纤维连续柔性抽油杆是一项新的工艺技术,有效缓解了钢制杆的杆管偏磨、断脱问题,同时具有节能降耗的优势,有力推动了抽油机井举升工艺更好更快地发展。The combination of surface polished rod,carbon fiber continuous flexible sucker rod,weighting rod and down-hole pump is designed to improve the effect of anti-abrasion and antidetachment,which provides a new idea and method for the treatment of eccentric abrasion and fracture of sucker rod and tube in pumping wells.In order to improve the wear resistance of the carbon fiber rod,the rod body design is composed of the core and the protective layer covering the core,which is formed by extrusion and curing process.It has the technical advantages of both steel rod and continuous rod with rubber wrapped around the steel wire rope as the main material.At the same time,a special safety metal joint and a special operation vehicle are designed,and five matching schemes of the combination of oil well pump,carbon fiber rod and weighting rod are optimized to ensure the smooth connection of the polished rod,weighting rod and carbon fiber rod,and to be used in the well.The field test results show that the carbon fiber continuous flexible sucker rod is a new technology,which can effectively alleviate the eccentric wear and fracture of the steel rod and pipe,and has the advantages of energy saving and consumption reduction,and effectively promote the better and faster development of pumping well lifting technology.
