摘 要:以传统不锈钢点焊工艺参数为基础,在考虑焊接电流密度、有效连接面积、散热等因素条件下,采用端面尺寸为5 mm×18 mm的矩形端面电极施焊,针对焊接电流、焊接时间和电极压力的变化对矩形端面电极电阻点焊熔核尺寸产生的影响开展研究。试验结果表明,焊接电流和焊接时间对熔核尺寸的影响较为相似,在一定范围内熔核长轴尺寸随着上述参数(13.5~16.5 kA,60~180 ms)的增加而快速增长,超出范围后增长速度放缓或者略有下降;在电极压力小于7.4 kN时熔核尺寸随着电极压力的增长而增长,大于7.4 kN时熔核长轴尺寸快速下降。The effect of welding parameter on nugget size in long axis direction of resistance spot welding with rectangular electrode were investigated which the size of electrode end is 5 mm×18 mm,on base of conventional stainless steel spot welding parameter and considering the welding current density,the effective connection length,radiating and so on.The result show that the nugget size in long axis direction increases with increasing welding current,and the effect of welding time on the nugget size is similar to that of welding current within the given range(13.5~16.5 kA,60~180 ms),and the growth rate of nugget size becomes very slow even decreased slightly exceed the range;the nugget size in long axis direction increase with increasing electrode force when the electrode force if less than 7.4 kN and the nugget size in long axis direction decrease rapidly with increasing electrode force which is more 7.4 kN.
