摘 要:添加联氨是控制压水堆一回路系统氧含量的有效方式。本文研究了国内某压水堆核电站4台机组联氨除氧技术在一回路的应用情况,记录了历次大修启机阶段化学平台期间,一回路溶解氧、过氧化氢、残余气体含量和联氨添加量,通过联氨添加实际值与计算值之间的对比研究,发现机组一回路除氧所需联氨量与公式V(N2H4)=0.819×DO(RCP)+0.385×H2O2(RCP)+0.841×V(RCP残气量)计算值吻合。添加联氨除氧过程推荐分1~2次完成,第一次联氨添加量的下限为公式V(N2H4)=0.819×DO(RCP)+0.385×H2O2(RCP)+0.841×V(RCP残余气)减去5 L。Hydrazine addition is an effective method to remove oxygen from primary circuit of PWR.The application of hydrazine deoxygenation technique in primary circuit of 4 domestic PWR nuclear power plant units was investigated in this paper.It recorded the concentrations of dissolved oxygen,hydrogen peroxide,remnant gases,and hydrazine at chemical platform during previous shutdown.The amount of hydrazine was determined by the following formula as V(N2H4)=0.819×DO(RCP)+0.385×H2O2(RCP)+0.841×V(RCP gas),which had been confirmed as desired formula by field application.It was suggested that hydrazine deoxygenation should be executed by two steps.The lower limit of the amount of hydrazine addition in first step could be 5L less than value of the desired formula as V(N2H4)=0.819×DO(RCP)+0.385×H2O2(RCP)+0.841×V(RCP gas).
