摘　　要：文章基于国家基本公共文化服务指导标准框架,分析了我国各层次基本公共文化服务标准现状,总结了各地市的实践经验,梳理了相关公共文化服务中的规划类、意见类、方案类等,分析了公共文化服务标准在数量、结构、预算管理等层面上的诸多问题,提出了提升地方标准层次水平、健全服务范畴、确定公共文化服务标准框架、建立区域性联盟等措施,以期为基本公共文化服务标准化、均衡化发展提供参考。Based on the framework of guiding standards for basic public cultural services,the article analyzed the current standard situation of basic public cultural services in China from various levels,summarized the practical experiences,combed the relevant planning of public cultural services,advice and solutions,analyzed the problems of public cultural service standard in such as quantity,structure and budget management,put forward to implement measures such as improving local standard hierarchy level,improving the service category,determining the standard framework of public cultural services,establishing regional alliances and equalization of basic public cultural services.
