摘 要:热应激是影响猪禽夏季生产性能的重要因素,主要表现为采食量降低、生长放缓、饲料转化率降低、抗病能力减弱。肠道作为机体营养物质消化吸收的主要位点及免疫防御的第一道屏障,成为近年猪禽热应激的研究热点。本文从消化吸收功能和屏障功能两方面综述最近有关热应激对猪禽肠道健康的影响及其机制,为生产实践提供一定的理论参考。Heat stress is an important factor affecting the production performance of poultry and pigs in summer.It is mainly manifested in the decrease of feed intake,growth slowdown,reduced feed conversion ratio and weakened disease resistance.Intestinal tract,as the main site of digestion and absorption of nutrients and the first barrier of immune defense,has become a research hotspot of heat stress in poultry and pigs in recent years.In this paper,the effects of heat stress on intestinal health of poultry and pigs and its mechanism were reviewed from the aspects of digestion and absorption function and barrier function,which could provide some theoretical reference for production practice.
