摘  要:蛋白质是维持猪生命活动最基础的氮素营养物质。猪需要从日粮中摄取氮素营养来维持自身组织以及器官的生长和更新。深入认识日粮蛋白品质特性及其在猪体内的消化吸收规律,对于优化日粮蛋白源结构、调控日粮氨基酸供给模式、推进动态营养理论发展具有重要意义。本文就日粮蛋白的理化特性及其对猪体内蛋白消化率的影响进行综述,为饲料中蛋白原料的选择及利用提供理论依据。Pigs need to take nitrogen nutrients from their diets to maintain their tissues and organs for growth and renewal.Protein is the most basic nitrogen nutrient for maintaining pig life activity.The understanding of the quality characteristics of dietary protein and its digestion and absorption in pigs is of great significance for optimizing the structure of dietary protein source,regulating the supply mode of dietary amino acids and promoting the development of dynamic nutrition theory.In this paper,the physicochemical properties of dietary protein and its effect on protein digestibility in pigs were reviewed,which provided a theoretical basis for the selection and utilization of protein materials in compatible feeds in the future.
