产业转型背景下制造企业生产模式演化路径研究

摘　　要：产业转型是中国制造企业发展的必由之路,而制造企业生产模式的演化则是制造业实现转型的关键。基于产业转型背景下制造企业生产模式选择和演化过程理论,提出从“MTS生产模式—ATO生产模式”、“ATO生产模式—MTO生产模式”、“MTO生产模式—DTO生产模式”三类生产模式演化的角度,结合“竞争优先权—制造目标—制造实践”三个层次的制造企业生产模式演化框架。基于该框架从竞争优先权、制造目标和制造实践三个方面详细分析制造企业生产模式演化路径。三种类型的生产模式演化不仅仅是在产业转型背景下生产模式适应市场环境与制造技术变化的过程,同时也是单一制造运作模式与混合运作模式之间互相转变的过程。Industrial transformation is the only route which the development of Chinese manufacturing industry must take at present,and evolution of production mode for manufacturing enterprise is the key to realize the transformation for manufacturing enterprise.Based on industrial transformation of production mode selection and evolution theory for manufacturing enterprise,it presents evolution framework of production mode for manufacturing enterprise from three production modes evolution view of MTS production mode to ATO production mode,ATO production mode to MTO production mode,MTO production mode to DTO production mode,combined with three levels of competitive priorities to manufacturing objectives to manufacturing practice.This paper analyzes production mode evolution path of manufacturing enterprise from the competitive priorities,manufacturing objectives and manufacturing practice based on the framework.Three types of production modes evolution are not only the process of production modes adapt to the market environment and manufacturing technology changes,but the process of mutual transformation between single manufacturing operation mode and mixed operation mode.
