摘　　要：加强学术档案资源建设,对高校教育事业的发展具有重要意义。学术档案资源建设应遵循突出学术价值、信息多元化、特色资源和资源共享几个原则;建立学术文献数据库和开发学术成果二次文献,是学术档案资源利用开发的有效手段;规范归档制度、明确归档范围、加大资源收集力度、信息化建设,是实现学术档案资源建设的基本途径。Improving the construction of academic archives resources is significant for the development of higher education.The construction should follow the principles of highlighting academic value,diversity of information,featured resources and resources sharing.Establishing database of academic literature and developing secondary literature of academic achievements are the effective approaches to exploit the resources of academic archives.Standardizing the system of archiving,defining the scope of archiving,reinforcing the collection of archival resources and informatization construction are the basic approaches to achieve the construction of academic archives resources.
