摘 要:盐矿采盐过程中形成的老腔资源丰富,将符合改建储气库条件的老腔改建成储气库,既可加快我国储气库建设进度,还可以降低盐穴储气库造腔成本。单井单腔老腔改建储气库技术成熟、效果良好,但对井老腔改建储气库的研究几乎处于空白。通过对复杂连通对井老腔地质条件的研究,利用物质平衡法,结合钻井井眼轨迹、声呐检测结果构建了对井复杂连通老腔的形态模型,预测了拟改造老腔的腔体形态和体积;本着充分利用盐腔空间,提高空间动用率等原则,提出在原注水井和采卤井之间新钻一口钻至水平通道的排卤井,实现将盐腔残渣中卤水尽可能排出来增加储气库空间的目标;上述方案通过现场实施,不仅验证了对井老腔形态预测模型的可靠性,也为复杂连通对井老腔腔体的高效利用提供一种有效方法。The old cavities formed in salt mining process are rich in resources,and the old cavities which meet the conditions of reconstruction,can be transformed into gas storage,which can not only accelerate the construction schedule of China's gas storage,but also reduce the building cavity cost of salt cavern gas storage.The technology of rebuilding gas storage with single well and single cavity is mature and effective,but the research on rebuilding gas storage with double well and old cavity is almost blank.Based on the study of the geological conditions of the complex connected old cavities,the model of the complex connected old cavities of the Wells is constructed by using the material balance method and combining the drilling well trajectory and sonar detection results,and the shape and volume of cavities to be reconstructed are predicted.Based on the principle of making full use of salt cavity space and improving space utilization rate,a new halogen discharge well drilled into a horizontal channel between the original injection well and the brine production well is proposed to realize the goal of removing brine from the residual salt cavity and increasing the space of gas storage as much as possible;Through f ield implementation of the above recommended scheme,the halogen discharge well has successfully drilled into the horizontal channel,which not only verif ies the reliability of the prediction model of well salt cavity morphology,but also provides an effective method for the eff icient use of complex connected old well cavities.
