残留地膜回收质量与作物出苗相关性试验研究

摘　　要：开展铺膜作物出苗情况调查,获得残膜回收作业质量与作物出苗情况相关性趋向,为农田残膜回收作业技术规范的指标设计体系提供依据。调查作物出苗数量与播种前地表残膜滞留情况,得出田间亩株数(1亩=0.067 hm^2)与地表种植前残膜回收作业质量指标的关系。通过试验数据分析,残膜回收率为99.76%的比91.84%的地块亩株数超出133株,碎屑滞留量为1片的比3片的地块平均株距小1.96 cm(株距小时行距相同亩株数会增加),说明残膜回收率越高相应亩株数增加,碎屑滞留量越低亩株数增加,结果显示残膜回收作业质量指标与作物出苗具有相关性,提高残膜收净率,降低田间碎屑滞留量对生产实际具有重要意义。Through the investigation of seedling emergence of film-covered crops,the correlation trend between the quality of residual film recovery and the emergence of crops was obtained,which provided the basis for the index design system of the technical specification of residual film recovery in farmland.The relationship between the number of crop seedlings and the retention of residual film before sowing was obtained,and the relationship between the number of plants per mu and the quality index of residual film recovery before planting was obtained.Through the analysis of experimental data,the recovery rate of residual film in farmland and the retention of debris in the field are the factors affecting the number of plants per mu(seed germination and emergence),and the higher the recovery rate is,the lower the number of plants per mu increases,which shows that the quality index of residual film recovery is correlated with the emergence of crops,and the recovery rate of residual film and the retention of debris in the field are of guiding significance to the production practice.
