摘　　要：3降低皮肤刺激性的方法,根据文献,为了降低表面活性剂或基于阴离子表面活性剂产品的刺激性,应尝试降低单体浓度,增大胶束尺寸,使其在与皮肤接触的溶液中保持稳定。包括上述做法在内有多种方法有可能减少沐浴产品中表面活性剂对皮肤的负面影响。例如,可以使用经证实对皮肤作用温和的阴离子表面活性剂、不同类型表面活性剂的混合物、添加聚合或改性物质以及疏水性物质作为配方中的主要清洗剂[1,13-16,155-159]。The use of bodywash cosmetics and household chemicals is one of the primary causes of skin irritation,because they are widely available,frequently used and in direct contact with the skin.The main ingredients of these products are surfactants,which may have diverse effects on the skin.The skin irritation potential of surfactants depends on their chemical and physical properties resulting from their structure,and specific interactions with the skin.Surfactants can interact with both proteins and lipids in the stratum corneum.By penetrating through this layer,surfactants are also able to affect living cells in deeper regions of the skin.Further skin penetration may lead to damage to cell membranes and structural components of keratinocytes,releasing proinflammatory mediators.By causing irreversible changes in cell structure,surfactants can often lead to their death.Herein,a critical review of literature on the effects of surfactants on the skin has been presented,including the skin irritation potential of surfactants,mechanisms underlying interactions between compounds of this type and the skin which have been proposed over the years,and verified methods of reducing the skin irritation potential of surfactant compounds.Basic research over many years has been translated into practical applications of surfactants in the cosmetic and household chemical industries.
