摘　　要：目的:探讨方氏三化方对代谢综合征患者动脉粥样硬化的防治作用及其作用机制。方法:将符合诊断标准的60例脾虚痰瘀型代谢综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组应用常规西药进行干预治疗,观察组应用方氏三化方联合常规西药进行干预治疗,疗程12周,观察各组颈动脉中内膜厚度(IMT)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化情况。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后观察组和对照组IMT、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:方氏三化方联合常规西药具有防治代谢综合征患者动脉粥样硬化的作用,可能是通过升高HDL-C和抗炎来完成。Objective:To explore the prevention effect and its mechanism of Fang’s Sanhua Fang on atherosclerosis in patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods:Sixty MS patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis that meet the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine for intervention,and the observation group was treated with Fang’s Sanhua Fang combined with conventional Western medicine.The course of treatment was 12 weeks,and the intimal thickness(IMT),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)Changes were determined before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,the levels of IMT,hs-CRP and TNF-αin the observation group and the control group were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and HDL-C level was significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the changes in observation group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fang’s Sanhua Fang combined with conventional Western medicine can prevent atherosclerosis in patients with metabolic syndrome,which may be accomplished by increasing HDL-C and anti-inflammatory.
