摘　　要：目的:观察DPP-4抑制剂对治疗2型糖尿病患者产生的影响。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治2型糖尿病患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。常规组采用阿卡波糖治疗;研究组采用DPP-4抑制剂西格列汀治疗。对比两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组临床疗效优于常规组、不良反应发生率低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DPP-4抑制剂治疗2型糖尿病,可有效控制血糖水平,不良反应低。Objective:To observe the effect of DPP-4 inhibitor on the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,96 patients with type 2 diabetes were treated,they were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each.The normal group was treated with acarbose,while the study group was treated with DPP-4 inhibitor sitagliptin.To Compare the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the study group was superior to the normal group and the incidence rate of the adverse reactions was lower than the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:DPP-4 inhibitor can effectively control blood glucose level and have low adverse reactions in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients.
