支气管镜技术在ICU重症肺炎患者的临床运用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨电子支气管镜技术治疗ICU重症肺炎的价值。方法:2017年1月-2018年7月收治重症肺炎患者77例,随机分为两组。研究组给予电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗术及常规抗炎治疗;对照组给予机械通气、常规抗感染治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,胸片改变、痰培养阳性转阴率及住院时间等指标水平均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电子支气管镜技术治疗ICU内重症肺炎患者临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the value of electronic bronchoscopy in the treatment of severe pneumonia in the ICU.Methods:From January 2017 to July 2018,77 patients with severe pneumonia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The study group was given electronic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage and routine anti-inflammatory treatment,while the control group was given mechanical ventilation and routine anti-infection treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group.The levels of changes in chest radiograph,sputum culture positive to negative rate,and length of hospital stay were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of electronic bronchoscopy in the treatment of severe pneumonia in the ICU is significant.
