雷公藤多苷片治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的效果分析与研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨雷公藤多苷片治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的效果。方法:2016年1月-2017年12月收治糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。胰岛素治疗组采取胰岛素治疗;雷公藤多苷片辅助组采取胰岛素+雷公藤多苷治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:雷公藤多苷片辅助组糖尿病肾病蛋白尿疗效、血糖达标时间、尿蛋白转阴时间、血肌酐、血白蛋白、尿蛋白水平均优于胰岛素治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胰岛素+雷公藤多苷治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿效果确切,可改善肾功能,且无明显不良反应。Objective:To investigate the effect of tripterygium glycoside tablets in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2017,80 with diabetic nephropathy proteinuria patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases in each.Insulin treatment group was treated with insulin,tripterygium glycoside tablets assist group was treated insulin plus tripterygium glycoside tablets.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the tripterygium glycoside tablets assist group,the therapeutic effect of proteinuria,the time of blood glucose reaching the standard,the time of urine protein turning negative,the level of serum creatinine,serum albumin and urine protein were better than those in insulin treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of insulin plus tripterygium glycoside tablets on diabetic nephropathy proteinuria is definite,it can improve renal function without obvious adverse reactions.
