自制金冰矾软膏治疗各种软组织炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察金冰矾软膏对软组织炎的治疗效果。方法:2016年3月-2018年8月收治各种软组织炎患者947例,分为两组。治疗组采用外敷金冰矾软膏治疗;对照组口服红霉素片或头孢氨苄,若患者病情较严重,则需用青霉素静脉滴注。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组总治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组平均治疗天数和人均医疗费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金冰矾软膏在治疗软组织炎上具有良好的效果,使用简单,安全性高,成本较低。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of jinbingfan ointment on soft tissue inflammation.Methods:947 cases of various soft tissue inflammation were selected from March 2016 to August 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The treatment group was treated by external application of jinbingfan ointment,the control group was treated by oral administration of erythromycin tablets or cefalexin,and if the patients'condition was serious,penicillin intravenous drip was needed.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total cure rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The average treatment days and per capita medical costs in the treatment group were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinbinghan ointment has good effect in the treatment of soft tissue inflammation,it is simple and safe to use,and the cost is low.
