摘　　要：目的:分析慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者给予干预化护理方式的效果。方法:2017年4月-2019年1月收治慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。常规组给予常规化护理方式;干预化组给予干预化护理方式。比较两组护理效果。结果:干预化组患者满意度、平均尿量、主观营养SGA评分、血清白蛋白水平、血红蛋白水平、体重指数、健康生活各项评分及并发症发生率均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者实施干预化护理方式可获得良好效果。Objective:To explore the effect of intervention nursing mode for chronic renal failure patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis.Methods:From April 2017 to January 2019,200 chronic renal failure patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 100 cases in each.The routine group was given the routine nursing mode,the intervention group was given the intervention nursing mode.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the intervention group,patients'satisfaction,average urine volume,SGA score of subjective nutrition,serum albumin level,hemoglobin level,body mass index,various scores of healthy life and the incidence of complications were better than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of intervention nursing mode for chronic renal failure patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis is good.
