精神科开放病房住院患者请假外出的风险与对策

摘　　要：了解精神疾病患者不愿住院的原因,外出的动机,及时发现问题,找出对策。2017年1月-2018年12月对住院患者256例实施问卷调查,共收集有效问卷174份,患者在住院治疗期间有外出现象89份。在患者住院期间,工作人员需严格执行请假外出制度,从法律角度进行规范管理,建立请假外出的标准化流程,这样能大大减少患者请假外出的机会及风险率,降低医疗事故的发生,避免医患纠纷的发生,保障患者的生命安全,使医疗质量及服务水平得到提高。To understand the reasons why mental patients do not want to be hospitalized,the motivation to go out,find out problems in time,and find out countermeasures.From January 2017 to December 2018,a questionnaire survey was carried out on 256 inpatients,174 valid questionnaires were collected,and 89 patients went out during hospitalization.During the hospitalization of patients,the staff should strictly implement the system of asking for leave and going out,standardize the management from the legal point of view,and establish the standardized process of asking for leave and going out,which can greatly reduce the opportunity and risk rate of patients asking for leave and going out,reduce the occurrence of medical accidents,avoid the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes,guarantee the life safety of patients,and improve the medical quality and service level.
