一种多吸味卷烟小盒配装器的研制

摘　　要：多吸味卷烟小盒配装器的研制包括布烟漏斗、配烟器、机架、接烟盒。在使用配装器时,布烟漏斗实现了快速、安全的按各吸味在配烟器中布好烟支;配烟器的尺寸设计和吸味颜色区别则杜绝人工配烟时造成的数量差错即缺支、少支、多支和倒装;机架则实现了旋钮每转动1格,可同时完成3盒的接烟工作;接烟盒的中间导条设计实现了当烟支落入接烟盒时恰好形成"7-6-7"的排列方式。此设计结构简单,操作方便,装置体积小,极便于推广运用于同类不同吸味卷烟小盒配装中。Development of a small packer for multi-smoking cigarettes assembler includes cigarette hopper, cigarette linear arrangement, rack and cigarette receiving box. When using the matching device, the hopper can quickly and safely distribute cigarettes in the linear arrangement according to different smoking f lavors;the size design of the linear arrangement and different flavor color can eliminate the quantity errors caused by manual packing, i.e. missing pack, less pack, more pack and inverted pack;the rack can realize the connection of three boxes at the same time when the knob rotates one grid. The design of the middle guide bar of the cigarette receiving box realizes the arrangement of "7-6-7" when the cigarette falls into the cigarette receiving box. This design is simple in structure, easy to operate and small in size. It is very convenient for popularization and application in the same kind of cigarette cartons with different smoking flavors.
