摘 要:超大型FPSO码头系泊采用岛式码头系缆布置方案。详细设计阶段对FPSO进行了模型风洞试验,测得FPSO的风、流荷载系数;采用OCIMF规范计算风、流荷载。采用Flory-Remery方法计算过往船舶的船行波对FPSO码头系泊的影响荷载;采用MOSES软件建立了FPSO码头系泊各种工况的分析模型,模拟了驳船、系泊缆绳和橡胶护舷碰垫等的约束,应用非线性时域耦合和准静态分析方法,研究不规则波浪作用下FPSO的运动响应、系泊缆绳拉力和橡胶护舷碰垫上的碰撞力等。为FPSO系泊结构和设备设计、总装码头规划和建设以及系泊作业安全提供了理论依据和技术指导。The quayside mooring of super large FPSO adopts the island wharf type mooring arrangement plan.In the detailed design stage,the model wind tunnel test of a FPSO was carried out,and the wind and current load coefficients of the FPSO were measured.The wind and current loads were calculated by OCIMF code.Flory-Remery method was used to calculate the influence load of ship traveling waves on FPSO quayside mooring.The analysis models of various conditions of FPSO quayside mooring were established by using MOSES software.The constraints of spacer barges,mooring ropes and rubber fenders were simulated.The motion response of the FPSO under irregular waves,the pulling force of mooring ropes and the collision force on rubber fenders were studied by using the non-linear time-domain coupling and quasi-static analysis method.The conclusion of FPSO quayside mooring analysis provides theoretical basis and technical guidance for FPSO mooring structure and equipment design,topside modules integration quay planning and construction as well as mooring operation safety.
