新疆某油田热采井套管接头密封脂评价试验研究

摘　　要：新疆某油田红003井区热采井工况为:井深500 m,注采井口压力13 MPa,注采井口温度不超过340℃,使用年限6年。针对其对套管接头耐高温密封螺纹脂的要求,对采用普通API螺纹脂和两种不同耐高温螺纹脂的套管接头进行了模拟热采井工况的系统实物对比评价试验,为红003井区热采井偏梯形螺纹套管接头优选适合的密封螺纹脂。结果表明:普通API螺纹脂(CS-3)、TP-2189螺纹脂和TRT-300耐高温螺纹脂经过试验后均结块破碎或呈粉末状,无法有效地堵塞泄漏通道,故无法达到套管密封要求。The working conditions of the thermal recovery wells in Hong 003 well area of Xinjiang Oilfield are as follows:well depth of 500 m,injection and production wellhead pressure of 13 MPa,injection and production wellhead temperature not exceeding 340°C,and service life of 6 years.According to the requirements of casing joint for the high temperature resistant thread compound,systematically comparative experiments and evaluation of the ordinary API thread compound and two different high temperature resistant thread compounds used in real casing joints under the simulative working conditions of thermal recovery well were conducted,in order to select properly sealing thread compound for partially trapezidal threaded casing used in Hong 003 well area.The results showed that:the ordinary API thread compound(CS-3),TP-2189 thread compound and TRT-300 high temperature resistant thread compound breaked or powdered after testing,so could not effectively block the leakage channel and could not meet casing sealing requirement.
