摘  要:针对尼日尔原油进行了三种降凝剂的筛选,分别从不同加剂量、不同热处理温度、不同二次回升温度、不同静置时间等方面进行了对比实验,确定了合理的降凝剂种类及运行参数。同时对尼日尔原油添加不同降凝剂之后凝点附近的屈服值进行了对比,发现对于添加某种降凝剂之后,虽然降凝降黏效果良好,但是凝点附近屈服值有所增大。屈服值与再启动压力密切相关,因此会对管道安全停输时间有所影响,需要引起生产部门的注意。Three kinds of pour point depressants were selected for Niger crude oil,and comparative experiments were carried out from different dosing,different heat treatment temperature,different secondary recovery temperature and different standing time,etc.At the same time,the yield values near the gel point of the crude oil added with pour point depressants were compared,and it was found that although the effect of adding a certain pour point depressant was good,the yield value near the gel point increased.And the yield value was closely related to the restart pressure,so it would have an impact on the safe shutdown time of the pipeline,which should be paid attention to by the production department.
