摘　　要：针对覆土罐室内钢制储罐安装工程中因操作空间受限而存在的储罐安装难度大、施工效率低、施工机具相对落后等问题,介绍了一种受限空间内钢制储罐壁板吊装机具的制作方案及应用情况,详细阐述了吊装机具的主要功能、结构制作及使用情况。实际应用表明,使用覆土罐室内钢制储罐壁板吊装专用机具,可以提高安装效率,缩短施工工期,节省施工成本,有效降低了受限空间内钢制储罐安装作业的安全风险。In view of the problems existing in the installation proces of interior steel storage tank of earth covered tank because of limited operation space,low construction efficiency and relatively backward construction equipment,this paper introduces the manufacture scheme and application of a kind of steel storage tank wall plate hoisting machine used in a restricted space.The main functions,structure manufacture and application of the hoisting machine are described in detail.The practical application shows that the installation efficiency is improved,the construction period is shortened,the construction cost is saved,and the safety risk of the tank installation operation in restricted space is effectively reduced by using the special machine for hoisting the plates of the interior steel storage tank of the earth covered tank.
