摘　　要：以吹扫-捕集气相色谱质谱法测苯系物的若干实验室分析条件耐用性研究为例,介绍一种收录于国际化学家协会编制的《AOAC统计手册》中的由W.J.尤登教授提出的一种耐用性试验方法。本方法较正交法工作量大大减少,更简便、快捷。Taking the durability study of laboratory analytical conditions for the determination of benzene series by purge-trap GC-MS spectrometry as an example,this paper introduced a durability test method proposed by Professor W.J.Youden,which was included in the AOAC Statistical Manual compiled by the International Association of Scientists.Compared with the orthogonal method,this method is simpler and faster.
