从审查视角看高校如何提高药物领域专利申请的撰写质量

摘　　要：我国高等院校作为科技创新的主体,在专利申请方面占据重要地位,然而,其中成功进行科技成果转化的专利寥寥可数,导致这种现象的一个主要原因是专利申请质量不高。笔者结合所审查的具体案件剖析了高校在药物领域专利申请中存在的问题,并给出了撰写建议,以期对相关领域申请人有所裨益。As the main body of technological innovation,Chinese universities occupy an important position in patent applications.However,only a few patents that have been successfully commercialized,one of the main reasons is the low quality of patent application.In combination with the specific cases examined,the authors analyzed the problems existing in the patent application of Chinese universities in the fi eld of pharmaceutical,and gave corresponding suggestions.Hope to be helpful to applicants in related fi elds.
