摘　　要：检索是发明专利申请实质审查程序中的一个重要步骤,非专利文献检索是检索工作中不可或缺的一个环节,本文结合案例重点阐述CNKI及百度学术的检索特点及如何基于非专利文献调整检索策略,以期达到高效准确检索的目的。Searching is an important step in the substantive examination.Non-patent literature retrieval is an indispensable part of the retrieval work.This paper focuses on the introduction of the retrieval characteristics of CNKI and Baidu academic and the method to adjust retrieval strategy based on non-patent literature.In order to achieve effi cient and accurate search result.
