锅炉排烟低品位热能回收利用研究及工程经济分析

摘　　要：锅炉排烟低品位热能的回收利用有以下途径:(1)通过串联或并联方式加热凝结水;(2)通过水媒将原烟气热能传递加热锅炉一、二次风;(3)通过原烟气与净烟气直接换热(GGH)或通过水媒将原烟气热量传给净烟气(MGGH);(4)干燥高水分燃料;(5)建设集中冷源和寒冷地区热网加热等等。其主要应用为前三种方式,本文结合项目特点,提出不同的利用方式。最后,结合某项目对其经济性分析。The boiler f lue gas recover y of low grade heat use roughly the following ways:(1)The condensation of water by heating in series or parallel mode;(2)The original f lue gas transfer heat to the f irst wind and the second wind through the water;(3)The raw gas transfer heat to the net f lue gas by direct heat exchange(GGH)or by the midum-water(MGGH);Not only to improve the wet desulfurization tower outlet temperature of f lue gas gypsum rain net to restrain,and to improve the lifting height of f lue gas,reducing ground concentration of f lue gas;(4)Dr ying high moisture fuels;(5)The construction of centralized cold source and cold region of heat network heating etc.There are three main applications as elaborated above.However,in this article,we proposed a novel implementation by taking into account the specif ic aspects of this project.In the last,an economic analysis will be given based on a specif ic project.
