摘 要:对田湾5,6号机组稳压器快速卸压管道圆形焊接附件应力指数进行了分析研究。根据对不同尺寸的圆形焊接附件的直管进行分析,计算了不同约束条件下圆形焊接附件的直管的应力指数,拟合出圆形焊接附件的直管的应力指数表达式。通过与ASME Code Cases方法计算的圆形焊接附件直管的应力比较,验证了应力指数计算方法的正确性。采用该表达式计算了田湾5,6号机组稳压器快速卸压管道焊接附件处的应力,经过对比,考虑焊接附件的影响后,圆形焊接附件处管道的应力有明显增加。采用该方法计算圆形焊接附件处管道的应力,可提高管道分析的正确性和效率,是一种实用有效的方法。Stress indexes of the trunnion support for a rapid depressurization pipeline of the pressure regulator in the Tianwan 5#and 6#units.According to the analysis of straight pipe of the round trunnion support of different size,stress indexes of the straight pipe under different constraint forms were calculated,and the expression of the stress indexes of the straight pipe with trunnion support was obtained by fitting.The stress of the straight pipe with trunnion support calculated was compared with the stress in ASME Code cases.The validity of the method for stress indexes of the straight pipe with trunnion support was verified.The stress of the rapid depressurization pipeline on the trunnion support was calculated and compared.The stress of the rapid depressurization pipeline was increased when considering the influence of the trunnion support.Using this method to calculate stress of the pipe with trunnion support,the correctness and efficiency of pipe analysis can be improved.It is a practical and effective method.
