优质高含油甘蓝型杂交油菜品种黔油32号的选育

摘　　要：为选育高产及高含油的优质杂交油菜品种,贵州省农业科学院油料研究所以甘蓝型油菜核不育两型系黔5005A与自育自交优良双低恢复系12-4451为亲本,成功配制优质高含油甘蓝型杂交油菜品种黔油32号。黔油32号在2014-2015年西南区(长江上游)联合品种比较试验中平均产量184.32 kg/667m^2,居第2位,较对照(南油12)增产13.2%;在2015-2016年全国(长江上游区)油菜区域试验中平均产量180.27 kg/667m^2,较对照(蓉油18)增产6.4%;其杂种F 2籽粒种子芥酸含量0.1%、含油量44.39%、硫苷含量27.86μmol/g·饼。该组合于2019年6月通过国家农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记,登记名为黔油32号。适宜长江上游的贵州、四川、重庆、陕西勉县及云南玉龙和寻甸等地区秋季种植。Qianyou 32,a new hybrid Brassica napus variety with high quality and high oil content,is bred from 5005A(a two-type line with genic male sterility)×12-4451(a good double-low restorer)by Institute of Oil Crops,Guizhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences to breed quality hybrid rapeseed varieties with high yield and high oil content.The average yield of Qianyou 32 in comparison test of rapeseed varieties in the upper reaches of Yangtze River during 2014-2015 is 184.32 kg/667m^2(the second)and 13.2%higher than Nanyou 12(CK).The average yield of Qianyou 32 in regional test of rapeseed varieties in the upper reaches of Yangtze River during 2015-2016 is 180.27 kg/667m^2 and 6.4%higher than Rongyou 18(CK).The content of erucic acid,oil and glucosinolates in the F 2 seeds is 0.1%,44.39%and 27.86μmol/g·cake respectively.Qianyou 32 was approved by Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Affairs in June,2019.Qianyou 32 can be suitably cultivated in autumn in Guizhou,Sichuan,Chongqing,Mian County(Shaanxi),Yulong and Xundian(Yunnan)of the Upper Yangtze River Area.
