摘  要:为植物外源激素水杨酸(SA)与脱落酸(ABA)在水稻抗旱育苗中的应用提供理论依据,采用水培方法研究SA与ABA处理后水稻幼苗在模拟水分胁迫(PEG胁迫)下叶片矿质元素含量的变化。结果表明:经SA与ABA处理后水稻幼苗体内的大量元素(N、P、Ca、Mg)含量在水分胁迫4 d和6 d时显著高于对照(水分胁迫前未经SA与ABA处理);在水分胁迫6 d时的微量元素Mn和Fe含量显著高于对照,Se、Zn及Cu含量显著低于对照。SA与ABA处理可提高水稻苗期抗旱性。The change of mineral element content in leaves of rice seedlings treated with salicylic acid(SA)and abscisic acid(ABA)is studied under simulated water stress(PFG stress)by an aquaculture method to provide the theoretical basis for application of SA and ABA in drought resistance of rice seedlings.Result:The content of N,P,Ca and Mg in leaves of rice seedlings treated with SA and ABA after 4 d and 6 d PEG stress is significantly higher than CK(untreated with SA and ABA before PEG stress).The Mn and Fe content in leaves of rice seedlings treated with SA and ABA after 6 d PEG stress is significantly higher than CK but the Se,Zn and Cu content is lower than CK significantly.In conclusion,SA and ABA treatment can improve drought resistance of rice seedlings under water stress.
