摘 要:为对细鳞裂腹鱼幼鱼不同水体的人工饲养提供理论依据,利用金沙江水体(水温16.5℃,pH 8.20)设置NH 4 Cl浓度50.12 mg/L、56.23 mg/L、63.10 mg/L、70.79 mg/L、79.43 mg/L、89.13 mg/L、100.00 mg/L 7个等对数间距梯度浓度;自来水体(水温14.3℃,pH 8.05)设置NH 4 Cl浓度112.20 mg/L、125.89 mg/L、141.25 mg/L、158.49 mg/L、177.83 mg/L、199.53 mg/L 6个等对数间距梯度浓度对细鳞裂腹鱼幼鱼进行急性毒性试验。结果表明:金沙江水体中氨氮对细鳞裂腹鱼幼鱼的半致死浓度为81.92 mg/L,安全浓度为8.19 mg/L;非离子氨的半致死浓度为2.20 mg/L,安全浓度为0.22 mg/L。自来水体中氨氮对细鳞裂腹鱼幼鱼的半致死浓度为119.15 mg/L,安全浓度为11.91 mg/L;非离子氨半致死浓度为1.89 mg/L,安全浓度为0.189 mg/L。氨氮对细鳞裂腹鱼幼鱼的毒性效应与浓度呈正相关,与作用时间无相关性,细鳞裂腹鱼幼鱼对氨氮具有较强的耐受性。In order to provide theoretical basis for artificial feeding of Schizothorax chongi in different water bodies,in the water environment of Jinsha River,with the water temperature 16.5℃and pH 8.20,seven gradient concentration groups with equal logarithmic spacing were set up.The concentrations were 50.12 mg/L,56.23 mg/L,63.10 mg/L,70.79 mg/L,79.43 mg/L,89.13 mg/L and 100.00 mg/L,respectively.In the tap water environment,the water temperature is 14.3℃and the pH is 8.05,six gradient concentration groups with equal logarithmic spacing were set up to conduct the acute toxicity test,including 112.20 mg/L,125.89 mg/L,141.25 mg/L,158.49 mg/L,177.83 mg/L and 199.53 mg/L.Results:The semi-lethal concentration of ammonia-nitrogen on juvenile of S.chongi in Jinsha River was 81.92 mg/L,the safe concentration was 8.19 mg/L,the semi-lethal concentration of non-ionic ammonia was 2.20 mg/L,and the safe concentration was 0.22 mg/L.The semi-lethal concentration of ammonia-nitrogen on juvenile of S.chongi in tap water was 119.15 mg/L,the safe concentration was 11.91 mg/L,the semi-lethal concentration of non-ionic ammonia was 1.89 mg/L,and the safe concentration was 0.189 mg/L.The toxic effect of ammonia nitrogen on juvenile of S.chongi was positively correlated with concentration,but not with time.The juvenile of S.chongi had a strong tolerance to ammonia nitrogen.
