摘  要:目的:优选肾衰乙方的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计,以大黄酸、大黄素、丹皮酚、落新妇苷、橙皮苷的含量及出膏率的综合评分为指标,考察料液比、提取时间、提取次数对提取效果的影响,优选肾衰乙方的最佳提取工艺。结果:根据综合评分的结果,优选出肾衰乙方的最佳提取工艺为加8倍水,提取3次,每次1 h。结论:该提取工艺准确可靠,可行性好,可用于肾衰乙方的工业化生产。Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Shenshuaiyi decoction.Methods:The effects of solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and times on extraction technology were investigate by L(3)orthogonal test based on the contents of rhein,emodin,paeonol,astilbin,hesperidin and extraction yield.Results:Based on the results of comprehensive scores,the optimized extraction technology of Shenshuaiyi decoction was as follows:8 times volume water of formulated crude materia medica,extracted three times,each time for 1 h.Conclusion:The extraction technology is accurate,reliable and feasible for industrial production of Shenshuaiyi decoction.
