摘　　要：本研究以高校“双一流”建设为引领,高等教育内涵发展为主线,利用德尔菲法和层次分析法构建了一套较为全面、客观的本科医学院办学状态监测评价指标体系,为本科医学院动态把握发展重点、特色发展、形成优势,实现一流人才的培养提供决策参考。Guided by the construction of n double first-class"in Colleges and universities,with the development of higher education connotation as the main line,this study constructs a comprehensive and objective monitoring and evaluation index system of running state of undergraduate medical college by Delphi method and AHP,which provides decision-making reference for the undergraduate medical college to grasp the key points of development,develop with characteristics,form advantages and realize the cultivation of first-class talents.
