持续被动运动锻炼对膝关节损伤关节镜术后康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨持续被动运动锻炼(CPM)对膝关节损伤关节镜术后康复效果的影响。方法:选取我院膝关节损伤关节镜术治疗患者92例,随机分为46例对照组,给予术后常规康复护理;46例观察组,在术后常规康复护理基础上接受CPM。结果:术后3个月,观察组膝关节屈伸活动度大于对照组(P<0.05),与术前差值分别为(31.81±7.62)º、(4.49±0.14)º均大于对照组的(16.41±5.82)º、(4.24±0.12)º(P<0.05);观察组Lysholm膝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),而其与术前差值(40.28±5.47)分较对照组的(4.24±0.12)分高(P<0.05)。结论:对膝关节损伤关节镜患者行CPM,可使患者屈伸活动度有效改善,膝关节功能显著提升。[Objective]To explore the effect of continuous passive exercise(CPM)on rehabilitation of knee injury after arthroscopy.[Method]92 cases of knee injury were selected and divided into two groups randomly,according to the order of admission,46 cases were randomly divided into control group and given routine rehabilitation nursing after operation;The remaining 46 cases of observation group received CPM on the basis of conventional rehabilitation nursing after operation.[Result]Three months after operation,the flexion and extension range of knee joint in observation group was greater than that in control group(P<0.05),the difference between 3 months after operation and before operation in the observation group was(31.81±7.62),(4.49±0.14),respectively,larger than that in the control group(16.41±5.82),(4.24±0.12)(P<0.05);the Lysholm knee function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the difference between the observation group and the control group(40.28±5.47)was higher than that of the control group(4.24±0.12)(P<0.05).[Conclusion]CPM for patients with knee joint injury under arthroscope can effectively improve flexion and extension of knee joint,and significantly improve the function of knee joint.
